By downloading, installing, or using the Hectos mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
The App provides workout tracking and guidance. However, Hectos is not a medical organization and cannot give you medical advice or diagnosis. All information provided by the App is for educational and entertainment purposes only.
You should consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program. By using the App, you represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that might prevent you from using the App. You acknowledge that participating in physical exercise involves a risk of injury, and you assume all risks associated with such participation.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using the App to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hectos and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
In no event shall Hectos, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
